Return Policy

Any product that is deemed to be defective (i.e. CD/DVD does not work) will be replaced at no charge. All other products are considered final sale.

Defective returns will be accepted with a return authorization only. Please call (416) 977-1050 for your return authorization, and have your invoice/receipt # ready. 

Shipping Information

7% Shipping & Handling will be charged to all orders.

Orders will be shipped within 3-4 days of processing.
