Cool Heads in the Zone

The interactive CD-ROM features live action video depicting six bullying scenarios, a variety of positive interventions, and teacher-friendly resources and assessment tools. Students may explore these scenarios imagining themselves in the role of the victim, the bystander, or the bully. They will see the outcomes of their reactions to bullying situations and test a variety of problem solving strategies.

By providing anti-bullying resources like "Cool Heads in the Zone", you are part of an early intervention and prevention program that addresses many aspects of this issue that has become so relevant in our schools today:

Children are able to experience the real-world emotional issues surrounding bullies, victims and bystanders
An accompanying 32-page teacher’s manual, which has been designed o meet Ontario Ministry of Education expectations, is available as a valuable supplementary resource
In an effort to reach as many students as possible, we are providing this premium quality product to you at a fraction of the cost of similar resources due to the contributions of several gracious sponsors.

Schools are welcome to try our demo CD for a free preview, which is available by request. This demonstration version of the CD shows one of the six scenarios completely, and has introductory explanations for the others. We invite you to try out the demonstration, and feel confident you will immediately perceive its benefit as a valuable educational tool.
